    1. Please do not include private information in your correspondences with us that isn't necessary, such as actual address, legally identifiable information (besides your name, should you wish to be attributed to your legal name), or other information that can jeopardize your safety online.
  3. And finally, you have read and agree to abide by our publishing rules and guidelines, and understand that violations of these rules and guidelines can lead to results from your article not being published up to all previous articles of yours being expunged from this website. You also understand that violations of these rules and guidelines do not need to be violated in a published article to be enforceable. The rules and guidelines are as follows:
First, the parameters:
Newsletters should be written in English (either British or American) with consistent spelling and grammar {we are working on expanding to multiple languages, however for the immediate moment, we are not able to facilitate that}
They should be written between 500 and 2000 words, or if longer, broken into parts of 500-2000 words.
They should be SFW
References should be made with a superscript number, and an accompanying hyperlink at the end of the article matching to that number
Second, the prompt:
Newsletters should be about either a micro focus on a topic (as in, focusing on a niche and specific aspect of it that relies on detailed information and sources), or a macro focus on a topic (a general introduction to the topic with broad focus that does not require detailed information and sources)
They should be written from a generalized communist perspective, not adhering explicitly to a specific branch of communism, and/or...
They should be written from a furry perspective with emphasis on furry involvement, rights, expression, safety, or other pertinent furry perspectives on the topic
Third, the Don'ts:
Do not uncritically analyze a topic - be prepared to approach your chosen topic with a critical lens, recognize and celebrate the good, but don't fail to acknowledge the bad. Our platform is one of education, and we must critically analyze all aspects of a topic
Do not platform capitalist companies - companies, regardless of how good they are perceived, should not be platformed. This means do not write a piece about how amazing a company is, without looking at the aspects that pertain to communism (like workers rights and environmental concerns). Discussing the positives of a company is more than fine if they are helping with the progression of the communist cause, but do not write a fluff piece about them.
Do not write your newsletter without doing proper research beforehand on the topic. Our subscribers expect well informed newsletters and we must uphold that standard.
Do not defend: eugenics, ethnocentrism, genocide, cultural genocide, atheist purism, linguistic purism, fascism, naziism, capitalism, anti-environmentalism, anti-unionism, privatization, homophobia, transphobia, racism, classism, or any other ideal that conflicts with the stated goals of communism and that aren't welcome in the furry community.
