This article will be different to my previous articles, this article will not contain statistics, as my articles normally do. This will be an article stating and explaining my feelings about leftist unity and the spreading of our ideology.

I believe that we have reached a crossroad where we must make an important decision, a decision more important than that of any other in history. We are left with only two options. Continue down the road we have been taking and descend further into fascism and continue the ecological destruction of our planet or we liberate ourselves and take the world into our own hands, creating a truly fair society for all to thrive, rather than a small minority and where we will do everything in our power to prevent the death of our planet.

It appears to me that the left is still too preoccupied in petty in-fighting as well as refusing to expand, staying within small, already far-left circles, to realize this and to take action towards making the right decision.

We cannot let this continue to preoccupy us. We must put an end to the highly theoretical petty bickering that has plagued our movement essentially from its beginning and unite as one, united, workers’ front, enforcing the will of our, proletariat, class. These, practically meaningless, divisions that we impose upon ourselves are not dissimilar to those that the ruling class imposes upon our class, preventing us from seeing the true enemy, the bourgeoisie, and focusing on boogeymen they dangle in front of us, further dividing our class and our movement.

No matter what you label yourself with, if you share our common goals of a stateless, classless and moneyless society, the abolition of capitalism and exploitation and a fair world for all, then you must unite will all those who also share those goals.

Another problem I would like to address is the unwillingness or perhaps the fear of expanding the movement passed small circles. If we do not spread our beliefs then all of this is meaningless. We must take it upon ourselves to educate the masses on socialism and communism through any means necessary. It may not always be safe, but if we do not try then we have already lost, we must use everything at our disposal.

We must present ourselves as one, strong, united front, in opposition to the needless death and suffering capitalism causes, in opposition to the labels they use to rip us apart and to force us to fight amongst ourselves and in opposition to the tyrants in power. This is the final battle, our final chance to take what is rightfully ours. I hope to see in my lifetime the beginning if not the full unification of the working class and the leftist movement and the beginning of the struggle in dismantling the tyrannical system that has ruled over us for centuries.

I would like to end this article by saying that, fellow communists, it is in our hands to put aside our differences and to work together towards our goal, the choice is in our hands, and we must pick the right one.

In Solidarity,
